According to the club, CAF initially scheduled the Appeals Committee hearing for 11 am, then informed them it had been moved to 1 pm, only for Al Ahly to later receive another message saying the meeting had been postponed indefinitely.
Al Ahly believes these delays are calculated attempts to force them to play without fans, despite losing the first leg 1-0 to Espérance Sportive de Tunis in Rades.
The return leg in Cairo this Saturday is crucial, and the Egyptian giants insist they need their supporters in the stadium.
The club says the hearing must take place tomorrow, stressing they are ready to proceed; otherwise, they will take legal action.
Al Ahly are pushing to have at least a partial crowd allowed, warning that playing in an empty stadium would be extremely difficult in such an important match.
